BASIC SKIN CARE #1

Assalamualaikum and Hi,

Okay, today I would like to continue my previous post.

I just share based on apa yang I baca okay :)

Btw, I'm just sharing about BASIC skin care ONLY because it is what I'm using right now.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Basic Skin Care Routine:

1. Cleanser

Cleanser ni kena gentle and low pH which is 5-6 pH would be nice.

Cleanser has a lot of type:

• Gel
• Foam
• Oil
• Cream
• Milk

2. Scrub

Untuk beginner, kita guna physical scrub or exfoliating gel (scrub dalam bentuk gel).

Scrub ni jangan kuat sangat sebab nanti boleh rosakkan kulit kita.

Contoh scrub yang beads halus, Simple scrub. //Simple tu jenama tau

Contoh exfoliating gel, Bio Essence exfoliating gel or Cosmoderm Magic Exfoliating Gel

3. Toner

Hydrating toner or soothing toner.

Toner is actually depends on your skin concern. You can choose any toner that you want.

4. Moisturizer

Moisturizer is depending on your skin type. (Updated: It is depends on your type, which one do you like, either lightweight or thick.)

It is also has type:

• Cream
• Gel

5. Sunscreen/Sunblock

Sunscreen dan Sunblock ni sama je maksud. Ramai orang confuse yang ni, ingat dua tu benda yang berbeza tapi sebenarnya sama je.

Sunscreen/Sunblock ni juga bergantung kepada skin type kita.
